Guidance on return to exercise
When should I book my postnatal MOT?
We recommend booking a postnatal MOT between 6 weeks and 6 months postnatal and definitely before returning to exercise. However, it is never too late!
Can I still have a postnatal MOT if I do not have any issues?
Absolutely!
A postantal MOT is suitable if you are not having any issues but just want everything checked, especially if you are planning on returning to exercise
Do you offer postnatal massage?
Massage may be offered as part of your physiotherapy treatment.
We also offer postnatal massage as a stand alone treatment.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes!
Babies are very welcome however we do recommend you come alone so that all the focus can be on you.
