Please note HERA physiotherapy does not offer male pelvic health physiotherapy services.

There is a large driveway available for parking in front of the clinic.

Of course! Children and babies are welcome.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and cash as forms of payment.

We are registered with WPA and Proclaim Care.

We are also happy to provide invoices for you to be reimbursed by private health insurers.

We completely understand that plans can change, especially when little ones are involved.

For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed entirely, a full session fee may apply, as it’s often difficult for us to offer the space to someone else at short notice.

Block group sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first session. We are unable to offer part refunds if you are unable to attend all six sessions.
